Summer declutter
Hi everyone,
As I was about to send off the Hourglass quad to my friend, I have realized that I have a few more products that would look great on her. Here are the products that are underused in my collection, so I thought it was a good time to rehome them.

I have decided to say goodbye to Natasha Denona’s I need a warm palette. These days, I tend to use single shadows or quads and I have not been reaching much for this palette. I don’t know why, as it is really beautiful. I guess I am not that into shimmers or big palettes, and I have enough of warm browns. I have also recently decided not to support Natasha Denona brand anymore, so this was the last item I had with her name on it. Another eyeshadow palette I am sending off is this little Dior quint Miss Dior in the shade Wild beige. It is really nice and very basic in the best way. This was however an impulse purchase a few months ago, so after I wore it a handful of times, I have realized that I have the same or similar shades in my other palettes. I would rather give this away while it is still fresh.
I am passing along the Pat McGrath blush in the shade Fleurtatious. As you can see, it is a lovely color that works with every kind of look. It is muted neutral pinkish beige and the formula is smooth and super nice. However, after I bought it, I have realized that it is very very very similar to my Clinique Nude pop blush. I don’t need two of the same colors, especially since I haven’t even hit the pan on that Clinique blush and Pat McGrath comes with a hefty 9.7 grams of product.

I am also passing along two of my lipsticks. One is from Lisa Eldridge in the shade Lili. It is muted red, very autumn appropriate, but I got two of those from the brand due to the component issues (it is a refillable lipstick), so they resent both a lipstick and a component. (btw. the second component turned out to be just as flimsy as the first one). The other lipstick is from Merit in the shade Slip. I thought it will be nude brownish shade on me, like it was on so many people online. Unfortunately, it is not flattering on me at all. It is too dark and pulls cool on my lips, so I never wear it. I tried mixing it with some other lipsticks, but I find it is not working for me, so I am not going to torture myself with trying to pan it. I am simply letting it go.
I think all these would look great on my friend, and I will not miss any of these products, as I am already using the rest of my collection a lot.
Keep the smart shopping habits and hope you have a great day!
XOXO, Iva
P.S Earlier this year, I decided to return two single shadows that I bought in the end of 2025. I got a full refund of Dior diorshow mono couleur eyeshadow in Tulle and Chanel ombre essentielle multi use longwearing eyeshadow in Jade facett. I was rarely using them, so when I realized I can still return them and get a full refund, I was happy to get my $ back. What was I thinking when spending that much on two eyeshadows?!
